Comfortable room, friendly staff, the location is very convenient, as it is just 23 km from the nearest airport, and we enjoyed the refreshing outdoor swimming pool, which was nice after a long day exploring.

i recently stayed here with my family and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff and clean room. the breakfast spread was impressive with fresh waffles and a good variety of options. my previous experience in fullerton was decent, but this stay truly exceeded my expectations in comfort and service.

The room offered decent space, accommodating a couple comfortably. Notably, the breakfast included hard-boiled eggs and a selection of pastries, which provided a reasonable start to the day.

However, upon checking in, we faced stained linens and found a used towel hanging on the shower rod—definitely not the welcome one hopes for. A significant annoyance was being woken up at 7:00 am by a clerk after requesting a quiet stay, which turned into another disturbance at 6:00 am the following day. To top it off, the absence of a manager onsite meant no timely resolution to our complaints. The mattresses were poor quality, ultimately resulting in a less than restful experience.
